We caught up with Verizon Small Business Digital Ready user Chantel Bratcher-Coleman of Shaping Minds Therapeutic Services to find out about her journey and how she has used the program to elevate her small business.

Chantel's Story

Chantel was keen to expand her business to offer more services alongside therapy. She knew this would require new skills and financial knowledge, but didn't want to build everything from the ground up.

She gained key fundraising techniques and tips, giving her the confidence to apply for an increase on her business credit card. When asked how she feels now, she comments, "I have peace of mind. It wasn't until I took part in the program that I truly started to understand financing my business better."
